Who said the Broadband has arrived in India?

My Sify Broadband (Fraudband?) connection has went off again. Did the whole process again, registered a complaint with its "so-called-customer-care", informed Ms. Nisha.

Same old story again, she assured that the connection will be restored before 6.00PM. As usual she didnt call up this time also by the assured time. So i again called up Ms. Nisha after 6.00 PM. She has taken time till tomorrow morning to get this complaint fixed.

I dont know how long i have to wait this time to get my connection restored.

Now, I am seriously thinking about switching over to some other operator. Is there any satisfied customer out there? Plz spare some time to leave your opinions about your operator in my comment box.

I am using a Tata Indicom Walky dial-up connection and I am quite satisfied with it to say the least... though you cannot expect browing at the speed of light, it is more than enough to check your mails and blog... they offer speeds at 156 kbps

Even i have a Tata Indicom Phone.
But it costs dear to browse in that (24 Rs/hr)
